Dr. Paul T. P. Wong talks about why we need a new narrative. There is national debate that we have a mental health crisis requiring more money for more psychiatry and medication. But that would not solve the problem because there’s also a spiritual cultural dimension to the problem. Medicine cannot fill your spiritual hunger. Medicine cannot correct a toxic culture, so there are limitations.
