What is health? Optimal health. Health not just health food and exercise. Health is more than a lack of health symptoms. Asking What Is Health you need to look at health as more than just what the eye sees. What is health care? Our healthcare system is not working so you need to take health into your own hands and ask yourself what is healthy truly. What is health and well being? You no longer need healthcare when you are truly healthy. Learn what is health, so you can have optimal health and wellness. Getting healthy and get healthier is more than being symptom free. First we need to know what heath is. Our health insurance and health system is more like sick care. We are not asking what is health and wellness we are reacting to symptoms instead of helping people stay healthy. What is health anxiety is a sign that you are not at optimal health. What is health science tells us that health is when everything is working right. Health wellness and wellbeing can be yours.
