Having hair on your face and the rest of your body is totally normal and natural. Women, however, normally have thinner hairs and you can't see them as much in the same places as men.

In some cases, women can suffer from excessive, thicker hair growth in unwanted areas. When this happens, women endure expensive or uncomfortable procedures to remove the hair.

The good news is that there are some home remedies to help remove unwanted facial hair.

In today's video, we're going to show you a very simple recipe that uses turmeric, which has tons of health benefits.

Turmeric can:

- Help cleanse your face, removing dead skin cells and other impurities;
- Stimulate your lymph glands;
- Stimulate your blood circulation;
- Fight acne, due to its anti-inflammatory properties;
- Regulate your skin's natural pH balance.

This recipe really is super efficient at eliminating excessive hair on your face.

Try it out and tell us what you think.

Ingredients

- 2 tbsps of chickpea flour;
- 1 tbsp of turmeric;
- A little milk or yogurt (enough to make the mixture into a paste);

Turmeric can be found at any grocery store or health food store.

Chickpea flour can be made by grinding up chickpeas, or bought at a health food store.

Instructions

Mix the turmeric and flour in a bowl. Next, add a little of the milk or yogurt until it forms a dense paste.

Once that’s done, put it on the area with the unwanted hair and let it sit for 20 minutes, until it’s dry.

Remove it by running a moist, warm paper towel over the area, and rinsing it well.

Repeat this treatment four times a month, and watch while your hairs completely disappear.
