The film Black Widow was predictable from beginning to end and I am not talking about the plot. Seeing this film enter so late into the MCU made it's chances at a monstrous blockbuster unlikely. It also was caught up in the hubris of a newly minted streaming service with a day and date scheme that has shown little in the way of results.
