Multiple Day Fasting | Uncover How Dr. Zyrowski Does His Fast is a video where I share my personal experience on how I do multiple day fasting.

Multiple day fasting is a strategy that I have incorporated into my life for over eight years. I have found found results come from it. So as a result I continue to revisit this practice on a regular basis in order to improve my health. Fasting benefits include weight loss, more focus, decrease in inflammation and even rebooting your immune system. There are so many more incredible benefits that come from fasting but im just mentioning a few here.

Prolonged fasting is not a new practice. This is something that has been around for hundreds of years and really pioneered as a science based healing practice in the 19th century. Extended fasting has a profound impact on the body simply because the body has an incredible ability to heal itself without intervention if you give it the right tools and sufficient time.

Water fasting can be a little challenging alone so this is why I recommend using bone broth, electrolyte infused water, and tools to make the fasting easier on the body but also support the healing process. Whether your fasting for 5 days or fasting for 3 days, it all offers incredible healing benefits to your body.

If your not someone who is ready to take the leap into multiple day fasting then utilizing one meal a day or even intermittent fasting are all positive e ways to start the fast gently and move into something that is a little bit tougher to do. If you have a health condition be sure to talk to your doctor about the proper way to proceed with fasting.
