Should I eat breakfast or fast is a common question that I get. I think this is a popular question because many internet gurus make people believe that doing anything other than what they believe is totally wrong. I don't think it is wrong to eat breakfast but I do however believe you need to make it healthy. If you're wondering if you should I eat breakfast or intermittent fast, then I would evaluate your life and see what is right for you.
There are plenty of good reasons to eat breakfast. If you are doing high-intensity workouts, a growing child, pregnant, or maybe you just want breakfast, are all good reasons to eat breakfast in the morning. In my house, I am the only one who doesn't eat breakfast daily. I intermittent fast 6-7 days a week and I like how I feel eating on this routine.
The benefits of skipping breakfast are essentially the benefits of intermittent fasting. When you fast for 16 hours many great changes occur in the body physiologically that offers incredible benefits. Many people wonder should I eat breakfast before going to the gym? If you want to get even more benefits from your workout then you want to go to the gym on an empty stomach. The keto people always ask me should I eat breakfast on keto? Most of the time you can easily skip breakfast on keto and get better results. Pushing that fasted state while on the ketogenic diet always helps to improve results.
