• Increases in very similar amounts, by age.
• While Johnson County had 3.6% in incremental registration, it had 15.6% incremental ballots cast in 2020.
• Where there are increases in population or registration, this unlikely uniformity is seen. How are new voters added in county after county in nearly equal proportions across age groups?
