Dozens Missing As South Africa Floods Death Toll Climbs Above 400

Dozens of people are still missing in South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal province after floods and mudslides killed at least 443 people. Rescuers used police sniffer dogs to search through debris and deployed a military helicopter to help the rescue mission.
