IMMUNITY Booster Tropical and Flaxseed SMOOTHIE. #shorts

Smoothies are one of my favourite treats, and so good for you. You can put anything in them, add a bit of sweetness, and voila, you have a drink that is packed with so many nutrients.

For this smoothie, I put in:

Half a banana
Fill a blender cup with Tropical Mix, about 3/4 full.
Several tablespoons of Greek yoghurt. I sometimes freeze yoghurt, and use it frozen
2 teaspoons of Flaxseeds.
Pour in Mango and Apple Juice until it practically covers all the fruit. For a thicker smoothie, don't put as much juice in.

Blend it up. And there you have it. This is a great snack, or a delicious dessert with a bit of French Vanilla Ice cream.
