Global Industrial Park Concept v2

Project 3D conceptual design video for Global Industrial Park. This video shows the general landscape design concept for the client. Their goal herein is to create an attractive, colorful, low maintenance landscape which is intended to be unique among the area & to satisfy key goals. The North strip of the property landscape area is actually a retention area, & so the flora selected for that space were specifically chosen for their tolerances in the pan of wash basins.

This iteration reduces the quantity of flora in the North retention basin, & to redesign the flora on the East curbside. This area is being reviewed by the city to widen the road, & so some changes to this curbside concept may be necessary.

Within reason, all aspects should be expected to be installed as illustrated, unless otherwise clarified by the client or their chosen agent(s) or installer(s).

The building, roof, and other various existing features are loosely illustrated or not shown at all, but are not intended to change. This is simply in the interest of brevity, as the landscape is the key part of the design. All aspects of this project design are intended to yield to all applicable regulations, ordinances, and requirements by law.
