National Taxpayers Union President: Trump tax changes helped skew tax burden to wealthy

According to the president of the National Taxpayers Union, the wealthy are now paying more than their fair share in taxes due in part to the changes in the 2017 Trump Tax Reform Act. One America's John Hines has more from Washington.
