SCS EPISODE 72. RAILROADING

In this weeks episode I reach the end of the look at the agencies listed under the Department of Transport (DfT), so to finish off, I check Network Rail and then the Rail Accident Investigation Branch.

Obviously the bulk is based on Network Rail, and whilst there would be so much to say about this organisation, I limit myself to the areas of most concern. I demonstrate the number of tentacles via subsidiaries and joint ventures, that I am sure most of the public has no idea exist, and I also show an example of the CCP getting into one of our key logistics locations.

I then show the results of the benchmarking for DfT, adding in an additional piece of farce from the National Audit Office, and at the high end, show a black hole of over £30 billion from our taxpayer money.

This is the biggest rip off department so far, and for so many in the MSM to be whining about the financials of Rishi Sunak's wife right now, whilst totally ignoring this, is quite the display of hypocrisy, and demonstration of the crony socialist nation that is the UK.
