Yello - Claro Que Si - Take it ALL - The Evening's Young - She's Got a Gun

This 2nd LP from Yello hooked me for life...I rode my BSA 441 near non stop to Eugene OR from Eburg WA in the pouring rain to support my bro Scott, who was left alone from Jan Kerouac's departure and was depressed. I helped him move back home and will never forget that trip, face was a wee numb from the rain, had an open-face helmet,...The clutch of my single cyl MC fell off inside the transmission and I reattached by the side of the road and continued on until the mission was accomplished.
I found his apt bldg in Eugene about 3 am and about 5 am some coppers kicked me to wake me in the front yard (I didn't know the apt # ) he came out and we proceeded the next day to go visit Bernhard Hackett, Jan's ex, and we listened to some tunes, and drank some Stingos (beer, uniquely rich and strong) ...the LPs that stuck out was this album 'Claro Que Si' ...and Frank Zappa's 'You Are What You IS.' - some good memories...funny I ended up homeless in Eugene 2 decades later for a spell...stories, we all have them, don't we? lol
