ISIS Keep Re-emerging in the Syrian Desert with Advanced Gears

The Syrian army and its allied forces have combed the Syrian desert, the Badia, for ISIS remnants more than 8 times already in the past 2 years alone, and each time, the presence of the terrorist organization in the region gets eliminated completely, yet, they keep re-emerging more powerful, with more weapons, and with precise intelligence information.

How can this happen? Weapons don't fall from the heavens, terrorists roaming the desert do not gather satellite information, they can't build Toyota 4 x 4 machine gun mounted pick up trucks, the secret is in the illegal US military occupation of northern and southern parts of Syria, in the north, there are the oil fields, and in the south, there is the junction of the borders between Syria, Jordan, and Iraq and there's the US/ British/ (formerly) German and other NATO military base in the Al Tanf region.

The video report by Al Mayadeen is already talking about a new military operation by the Syrian armed forces and their allies in the vast Syrian desert connecting Syria, Iraq, and Jordan, all the way to Saudi Arabia and references the US military base in Al Tanf as the main suspect in helping ISIS terrorists re-emerge each time with their new gears.
