Self-assurance and Self-regard are especially interconnected to one another yet both are various things. Confidence is the means by which we see and how we feel about ourselves; the amount we love ourselves and how we treat ourselves.

What's more, this conviction develops in our life from the encounters and circumstances we have experienced and believe that is their definitive fate.

Self-assurance is the manner by which we feel about our abilities and capacities to manage circumstances. For the vast majority absence of self-assurance is the consequence of having low confidence. So first we want to observe the main driver of low confidence and then we know what to fix and how to manage it.
