Unloading Bulk Feed WITHOUT a Tractor (The Redneck Way) | New Beef Steers on the Homestead

A little redneck ingenuity goes a long way when trying to unload a bulk livestock feed tote without a tractor front-end loader or other heavy equipment. We used a combination of a hi-lift jack, come-along, pry bar, and a hefty country boy to get this tote unloaded for our new beef steers.

Listen y’all, the story on these two steers is just beginning. If you want to stay caught up on all the action (and there’s plenty of it) you need to be subscribed to the channel. It’s wild here on the farm.

We want to put our land to work for us and grow as much of our food as we can. We like farm-fresh beef because of the quality and being able to raise it on our property is a huge blessing. Because we don’t want to keep a bull around we have purchased weaned calves and finished them ourselves. This time we bought two and the plan is to sell three halves and keep the fourth half for ourselves. To save money we are purchasing feed in bulk.

We also talk about these two steers, but really, the biggest story has yet to come. You’re going to need to subscribe so you don’t miss it. If nothing else please a nice comment below for moral support because we sure need it. Thanks for watching this video – see you soon!
