Political Discrimination with MP Garnett Genuis

Canada has been known around the World as being a beacon of freedom.

Due to this freedom, many have immigrated here from other nations seeking protection from discrimination based on their political beliefs over the generations.

However, with the recent invocation of the emergencies act and the freezing of bank accounts of Freedom Convoy supporters, leaders are beginning to ask if political discrimination is becoming normative in Canada – and what should be done about it.

MP Garnett Genuis recently tabled Bill C-257 to address this issue of political discrimination in Canada. He joins us today to talk about why this matters and other issues that are catching his attention right now.
