Meanwhile, Sen. Lindsey Graham explains why he is voting no on Jackson's nomination: "If you win an election, I expect you to pick somebody I wouldn't support on the court."

Sam Seder: The judiciary committee is um not voting on kbj's nomination today that will happen hopefully this afternoon hopefully.

Emma Vigeland: If Padilla gets in from his flight

it seems weird is he saying this right now because uh if he's not on a flight already

Sam Seder: it's seven hours minimum so maybe well six hours I mean it's a three hour- you know coming back depending on what the wind is and you know how much headwinds they don't have headwinds tailwinds, and if I remember correctly it's over like a three-hour flight yeah six or seven hours yeah.

EV: It's six hours going to California for the most part but it's faster on the way back like by an hour I think because of the wind that's my

SS: Oh no it's not six hours to get there it's like under five to get there with the headwinds but i'm also talking about the three-hour time difference okay so well i guess
