Damage to Russian warship 'going to have an impact on their capability' -Pentagon

Pentagon Press Secretary John Kirby on Thursday said the U.S. could not confirm or deny if the Russian warship Moskva, the flagship in Russia's Black Sea fleet, was hit by a Ukrainian missile, but said the U.S. believed a 'significant explosion' did happen.
