Elon Musk Makes Move to OWN 100% of Twitter! $40 Billion Dollar Deal

Elon Musk offers $54/share to buy 100% of Twitter "common stock", a deal that would cost about $40 billion! The Twitter board has acknowledged the offer and has said they are seriously considering it. What are your thoughts?
