While challenging in the extreme, such upheaval can also be alchemical.

There is a way to transform the intensity into personal growth and fulfillment – to use this time of seeming devastation to dismantle and reexamine our lives.

We can let go of identities, concepts and beliefs that no longer serve – freeing us to live our dreams.

I am Gwilda Wiyaka, and it is my dream to be of service as we navigate this rapidly changing world.
