Pasta Marinara
4 ounces pasta noodles
2 cups mixed veggies
1 cup spinach
1-2 cups low fat pasta sauce
Cook pasta according to package, then drain. Add in pasta sauce and veggies with a little garlic salt and Italian seasoning. Saute over medium heat until the sauce is warm then add in the pasta. Place in a bowl add a little nutritional yeast on top and enjoy.

Sautéed greens sushi rolls
1-1.5 cups cooked and slightly cooled white rice
1 nori sheet
2 cups super greens or spinach/kale
1 tsp miso paste
1 tsp chili paste (optional)
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Add miso, chili, maple syrup and garlic powder and add a little water to make a paste. Add greens and paste into a pan over medium heat and sauté until greens are wilted. Once done, let the greens cool before assembling the roll. Then add rice over the nori, add the greens in the middle and roll up. Top with sesame seeds or furikake. This roll is really good with steamed sweet potato in it too!
