15 MIN UNIQUE HIIT WORKOUT - Not your average moves / 45 sec on 15 off | Selah Myers

You will never get bored with this 15 minute unique HIIT workout since we have a bunch of new exercises that you have probably never seen before. We do each move for 45 seconds on with a 15-second break. The pattern is ABAB which means we do move 1 then move 2, then repeat those moves one more time before doing moves 3 and 4.

If you need to take longer breaks, that is totally ok. Just don't quit. Even if it takes you 30 minutes to get through this workout, don't give up. You got this!
