Men are a bit different. We are more protective of our personal boundaries. We are quick to get angry if a friend tries to inconvenience us or take advantage of us.

So what you should do is to shake up the status quo by putting up some personal boundaries that remind him that you won't be walked on, you won't be taken advantage of, and you won't let him run your life.
