"wear a mask" “戴口罩”

It's not about "health", it's about control... inos or Thais in Taipei, she says..."wear a mask"...first in her language, and then in English...but she's not wearing a mask on her mouth, no mask on her nose...don't know if these are demons disguised as humans, or are they totally under the control of evil?
