Like a Boss: Nailing a Target with a Shuar Poison Dart Blow-gun

A few weeks ago I brought a group to see the family of a respected Shuar shaman near Gualaquiza, Ecuador. During the day, while we prepared for that nights ayahuasca ceremony with his father, we learned about Shuar tradition, hunting, dancing, and plant medicine, from Tsunki Chiriap. He taught us two traditional dances, how to shoot the traditional hunting weapon of the Shuar, blow gun, and showed us several of the sacred plants, This vid features yours truly nailing the banana flower target on my second shot.
