"At first, people were allowed to go there [to the shopping center], they were allowed to take everything except alcohol. People were hungry, they took food, and the soldiers took gold, fur coats. Then a quick call, they wrap up... And in 20 minutes a missile hit there..."
She added that the APU hid their armored vehicles between residential buildings and fired from there: "There was a tank here, there was equipment. And they went straight to their homes... There was no Russia here. We've all seen it."
