This is a tribute to Neil Peart. I made every effort to play the song note for note, exactly as he did, except for the third measure of the solo section. I added the bass drum 32nd note triplets I had heard him play in concert a few times...because its cool and the listener could then tell it was my recording. I also made every effort to tune the kit to sound like the original, as best I could, and then to mix and master it to the very best quality I could achieve. The Moises app is amazing. I believe it helps the artist whose music is covered because you will first have to purchase the song (on ITunes for example) in order to place it into the app for processing. That way the original recording artist shares some of the benefits of people using their music to make Moises covers.
