Here’s the Pilates 100 exercise. It’s powerful. It’s classic. It’s a big challenge that reaps massive rewards.

Rewards include: stronger, more flexible core, endurance, stability, balance, breath control and a reason to play on the ground. Ground playing is in itself a reward.

Breathe in the nose, out the mouth. Do 100 reps. No more no less. Pilates is your secret weapon. Time to engage!
