82 Orange Ave | Part One | Walkthrough with Fuquan

In this episode, Fuquan starts phase 1 of renovations on a 2-family property with extensive water damage.

First, Fuquan takes us on a walkthrough of the property before starting renovation work, and we get to see the true extent of the damages. Much of the wood throughout the property has to be replaced.

So far, work done on the property includes demolition work, gutting the property down to the beams, framing, roofing, exterior siding, and windows.
