SONIC Karate Class - Kids SONIC Self Defence! Learn how to do a FORWARD ROLL (not a rolly polly)

In this episode, we enlist the help of sonic to collect the 7 chaos emeralds or crystals, by learning how to move our feet quickly, jump, duck and even do a forward roll!

It's a really fun and engaging video that incorporates self defence techniques, with fitness and fun themed with sonic so that kids can relate to the theme and have a really fun time doing it :)
