CPI LEAKED

White House economic advisor Brian Deese warned of an elevated CPI print tomorrow and rumors started flying that the CPI was already leaked and it was a blow out. I go over this rumor to discuss the impacts of the CPI tomorrow and how it will effect markets. I also go over FAANG 2.0 and the next winning trade that banks and fund managers are eyeing if the stock market continues the trend it has been on. All in all though, everything is all about tomorrow's report and today gave us a stark reminder of what the market looks like when bonds, stocks, oil, & tech all fall at the same time. Some analysts are warning of the echoes of 2018 and if the bond & stock market keep moving like we did today, then that might come true sooner rather than later. All this being said, with the catalyst being tomorrow, I have no plays that I am eyeing for the morning, but I still did act on the plays from yesterday. I go over the bank stocks and how I set up for earnings, then I went over the value stocks and dividend stocks that I am eyeing for a shorter term move.
