Cheers and tears in France as Macron, Le Pen top first round of presidential votes

Some voters cheered and others teared up after the first round of presidential votes were tallied in France. President Emmanuel Macron will face far-right candidate Marine Le Pen in the second round of the country's presidential election, setting up a rematch of their runoff contest in 2017.
