On the 26th of June I had a stroke. Spent a night at the hospital where they ran a bunch of tests but basically did nothing for me. On the 3rd of July, I decided to try and fly. I was able to do so but nothing special. I felt like a noob again. It is now the 4th of August and have yet to go back to work. Actually not sure if I can. The numbness in my arms and face persists as well as general weakness.
I've sort of lost the will to go on in many ways. I know that there are those in worse shape than me so perhaps it is just a phase. Send a prayer my way if you are so inclined.
