My FIRST Rental Property!!!

Today we're jumping in and talking about my first rental property! We'll talk about the highs and lows of real estate investing, how I got started, where I'm hoping to go.

Hopefully by the end of this video you'll have an idea of how to find your first deal, the contacts you need to make, and the tools that will help you along the way.

We also cover the idea of getting a base hit instead of a home run. One of the biggest issues that people face is getting started. The deal we cover is one that taught me a lot, but more than that it's the deal that is getting me started and pointing me in the right direction.
