In this video, we utilise the help of some ninjas, and learn how to do our side kick, chop and flying side kick.

This Ninja Karate Class for kids runs through different games and exercises to teach the kids how to do a karate side kick, a flying side kick and a knife-hand chop, although for ease of understanding, we just call it a chop.
