Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, recently purchased a 9.2 percent stake in Twitter and was appointed to its board of directors. The billionaire has proposed a number of changes to the social media giant's premium membership system, one of which involves the usage of Dogecoin payments.
