Handloaded .223 62gr Gold Dot: Is Higher Velocity Better?

In this video, I test out some hand loaded, high velocity 62gr gold dot bullets in Clear Ballistics gel. A subscriber sent these to me to test out, to see how the extra velocity would affect things. I compare them against factory loaded Speer 62gr gold dot. Does added velocity make the gold dot better, or worse?
