Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson: Politicization of Child Pornography and Child Sexual Abuse in America

Earlier this week Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson was selected to be the first black female judge to sit on the Supreme Court of the United States, the same day that she was being voted in by a small margin of only six votes a former Republican party member who worked with Donald Trump was being sentenced to 12 years in prison for sharing and possessing hard core child pornography. Judge Jackson was criticized wildly for her stance on soft sentencing in child pornography cases. Meanwhile an Obama appointed district court judge from 2013 gave Ruben Verastigui (the former GOP employee) sentenced the Anti-Abortion pedophile activist the above recommended time frame in custody. Was this an offering to those Republicans who think that democrat judges are soft on crime or more politicizing of the criminal justice system in the USA?
