Before I was pregnant, I didn't find the idea of a water birth particularly thrilling. I don't even like to bathe because the warm water always makes me so lethargic and I find it kind of disgusting to lie in my own filth. So, I couldn't really associate a water birth with my idea of a nice and relaxed birth.

Waterbirth has many advantages over birth “on land”. These arguments convinced me to try a water birth and I have no regrets.
