Tooljitsu Fitness Concept #2: Functional Motor Movements

You can have a Construction Dad Body, and still be fit for Tooljitsu.

There are four types of fitness:

1) Endurance (ie. Marathon Runner)
2) Strength (ie. Body Builder)
3) Power (ie. Sumo Wrestler)
4) Functional Applied Power (ie. a Laborer using a hammer to drive a nail into wood)

Because a deadly attack must be ended within seconds, we choose a blend of Option #3 and Option #4.

P.S. It's better to begin your practice of this on a baseball wire backstop than it is a wall. The wall makes you aware that accuracy is important because things bounce back.
