Weirdo Creeping on Girls in Target Bathroom Caught Creeping Again in The Parking Lot - iCkEdMeL

iCkEdMeL walked into target to make a purchase. As I walked into Target I walked into the bathroom. I encountered this weird man that kept poking his head from the top of the stall saying weird things. I left made a purchase, spoke with security to let them know, they let me know he was seen after talking to me by the ladies restroom. He was seen talking to teenagers telling some story, they told me to leave, and he yelled at one of the girls allegedly.

After leaving I drove around the parking lot for a bit, because I got a bad vibe about this guy. Sure enough, he was creeping on some lady in the parking lot, after she asked him to leave. I approached and let him know he's being watched.
