How to make Fondant Potatoes

Fondant Potato Ingredients
4 large Russet Potatoes
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil (I used Branch and Vines Garlic Infused Olive Oil)
3 - 4 tbsp Butter
2 - 3 sprigs fresh Rosemary
3 Garlic Cloves peeled and crushed
2 cup Vegetable broth (I used Chicken Broth)
Salt and Pepper to taste (for the best result, I used Branch and Vines Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt)
