BBQ Pulled Smoked Ham Bun

We cooked a smoked ham a couple days ago and wanted to do something with the leftovers that wasn’t soup *dead*

Cut 1-2cm thick slices of the smoked ham. Cut off the tough pieces. Pinch and pull the ham into small chunks. Add a mix of your favourite bbq sauce. I highly recommend Motley Que Sticky Fix mixed with Sweet Baby Ray’s Hickory & Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce. Just enough for a light coat.
Warm it up part-way in the microwave and then top with a bit of mixed cheddar and heat until gooey.
Put a bit of Mayo on a bun and top it with the gooey goodness. Throw on either a small dappling of greens or the entire package (see video lol). Top off your bun and Enjoy!
