3:25 Updated playground designs, upcoming mtgs w/ PTAs

6:20 New state education budget

6:35 Numeracy Act (math coaches)

7:15 Choice bill remarks, expressed why he opposed (sorry this was cut off, I'll bring backup battery next time)

Of note after battery died:
* Dr. Nichols' point on why he opposed the School Choice Bill: Madison City generates a significant percentage of the state's revenue, but yet the choice monies ($6K+ per student) were to be divided evenly among all students in the state. Dr. Nichols deemed this as unfair to Madison City.

* Holtcamp thanked Ferrer for his 5 years of service, and announced that Ferrer has decided to run for his position for another 5 years.
