iPhone 5c repair CPU and RAM Separation before Reball. First ever attempt successful!!

Just practicing repairs on an older board before attempting on newer hardware. This was my first ever attempt at separating the iphone 5c processor from the ram. I used a hotplate and it worked quite well. Sunshine made this one and it really works for me, plus it's not all one piece so if one part breaks you can replace the plate or host!
