How to Deal with Trauma: 12 Steps to Surviving It

On the heals of experiencing the traumatic event of just recently moving her family in a matter of 5 days she now shares her "12 + 1 Steps to Surviving Trauma." Rebekah has a 12+1 Step Process that she uses regularly. This process has now become habit for her and helps her bring her heart along for the ride.

Cliche's are tossed around and everyone gives us their advice and opinions when we experience trauma, but how do we actually process these events without making agreements with ha'Satan? How do we go through trauma without it damaging our hearts and our relationship with YHVH?
