In this episode of the Route 66 Adventure we filmed Devils Elbow and their bridge before we moved on to film the Gasconade River Bridge. Bridges are route 66 landmarks and usually are truss bridges common back in the day. Then we filmed Mr. C's Route Post where we find the creator of Route 66 soda pop. The father / son team runs the place; Mat and Scott Cameron, two great guys. From there we filmed Wrink's Market where we met and filmed poet Roberta Page who told us some old road stories. From there we met with Bill Wheeler at the Carter Lawson Filling Station for some history.
