In 2004 I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. I had one chemotherapy treatment and then, after learning from a medical doctor who also had breast cancer, I drastically changed my course of treatment.

This video is on Inflammation. Inflammation, like a fever, alerts us to let us know that something is wrong. Common symptoms of inflammation are pain, fatigue and swelling but there are others. Inflammation is visible on the outside of the body (like when you sprain your ankle and it gets red, hot and swells up). But inflammation inside the body isn't visible and many times it goes un or misdiagnosed. How do you know if inflammation is a problem for you? Are you deficient in certain nutrients like magnesium, vitamin B or vitamin D? Pay close attention to your body and when your doctor orders bloodwork, make sure they are checking levels for the right things.
