Night fishing for bass in summer can be hot and often the big bass are feeding on hot summer nights. In this bass fishing video I show you some of my favorite night fishing bass lures as wall as a few new lures that proved to be good night fishing bass lures. Fishing Mid Michigan Rivers For Smallmouth Bass is my childhood in a nut shell. Bass fishing Michigan rivers has a nostalgia for me and I still after 30 years of bass fishing, get hyped to catch any bass over 15 inches. Bass fight like hell and attack lures with more ambition than most other fish. Smallmouth bass fishing in rivers is how I learned to fish and I was experienced in Michigan bass fishing as a pre teen boy. I still feel lost when lake fishing though lol.

In this video I am night fishing for bass in The Grand River. Grand river bass fishing is better than many people realize and I have caught many 18-20 inch smallmouth bass in The Grand River and its tributaries. There are many options when it comes to Mid Michigan bass fishing and most bass guys favor fishing lakes and ponds but I am a river rat. As a Lansing Michigan resident I often find myself fishing in Lansing Michigan and most of the time that means fishing The Grand River in Lansing but I also frequent The Red Cedar River and The Looking Glass River. Regardless of where river fishing for bass at night is a lot of fun even if they are not the target fish they can totaly make the trip sometimes. I would 10 out of 10 recomend night fishing for bass in summer when the days are hot and humid.
